Services the company offers include: system integration, TIIMS (total IT infrastructure management services) and software development. The company claims to have a comprehensive global focus on TIIMS, Marketing and delivery of full fledged division on huge networking projects.
Agencies that the company has been working with include IBM, HP, Cisco, Tyco, Apple, Nortel, Microsoft and Systimax. HP was the top vendor for Netlink's distribution business. Its largest projects include Max New York, NIIT and HCL Technologies.
Laying a lot of emphasis on employee training Netlink spent double the amount of last year on educating its employees, and is working on helping employees gain an understanding of business, and also employee retention, which is a big factor today. The company currently has a total workforce of over 270 employees and is gunning to have over 400 employees by 2007.
Although a major share of their revenue comes from international operations (about 35 percent), in India the largest share of their revenue comes from the northern region. From the four quarters, it was in JFM 2006 that the company earned most of their revenue that was Rs 41 crore followed by Rs 37 crore earned in OND 2005.
Netlink is looking at expanding their team and customer base to cover international markets with potential. The company is looking to expand their US operations with multiple offices. They have also initiated tie-ups with various European companies in similar business and are providing TIIMS to customers in Europe. |
